Irie Pascal (Windows Edition) Publisher's Description
The Irie Pascal Integrated Development Environment (IDE) includes an editor, compiler, and interpreter. Use Irie Pascal to develop: console programs (that read from, and write to console windows), web programs (using CGI), and Windows Services. Irie Pascal supports Standard Pascal (with many extensions), sockets (using WinSock2), databases (using ODBC), using ActiveX objects, and direct calls to the Windows API.
The Irie Pascal compiler generates programs containing portable byte-codes (that specify the actions the program is supposed to perform). The Irie Pascal interpreter executes the programs generated by the compiler, by performing the actions specified by the portable byte-codes contained inside the programs.
Irie Pascal supports five different operating systems (Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, Solaris/x86, and Solaris/Sparc). There is a separate edition of Irie Pascal for each supported operating systems, and programs generated by the compiler in any edition can by executed by the interpreters in all editions. As a result, you can use Irie Pascal to develop programs that run (without having to be recompiled) on all five supported operating systems.
Individual licenses to use Irie Pascal start at just US$79.99, with significant discounts available for volume licenses.
